ProxyOnly operates proxyonly.com. The support email in site settings is the contact for privacy requests.
We store your name, email, company, country, password hash, and billing records so we can run the account. Passwords are hashed. API keys are stored as hashes. Proxy connection passwords are encrypted so you can reveal them in the dashboard.
We store request counts, bandwidth, country, and timestamps to bill you and to show the dashboard. We do not sell this data.
A session cookie keeps you signed in. It is HTTP-only. Analytics runs only if an analytics ID is configured in settings.
Account data stays while the account is open and for a limited period afterward to meet tax and abuse-investigation needs. You can ask us to delete an account that is not subject to a legal hold.
We share data with a payment provider if you connect one, and with infrastructure vendors who host the service. We share information with authorities when the law requires it.
The network has exits in several countries. Account data is handled according to the hosting region configured for the deployment.
